This effervescent, colorful showstopper is a fresh, floral twist on the original.
1. Place a sugar cube in the bottom of a small Champagne flute.
2. Add 1/2 fl oz (15ml) violet liqueur.
3. Slowly top with Champagne and garnish with edible flowers.

THE DANGEROUS SUMMER
A lighter drink for those who want to disguise the strong absinthe flavors.
1. Muddle cucumber in the bottom of a shaker. Add absinthe, simple syrup, and mint.
2. Fill shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds.
3. Double strain into a small Champagne flute.
4. Top with Champagne and garnish with a cucumber swirl.
LOSE the
BOOZE
Replace the absinthe with apple juice and top with soda water instead of Champagne.
