With each round of this challenging workout, the work-to-rest ratio increases. Varying the work-to-rest ratio and alternating exercises frequently keeps your body in a state of confusion, maximizing caloric burn and preventing it from adapting to a steady state.

Do each exercise in order, followed by the specified rest. Rest one minute after each round. Complete all three rounds.
