The Level 3 routines are as tough as it gets. They comprise the ultimate HIIT challenge, fusing high-output cardio with large-muscle compound exercises and plyometrics to provide a workout like no other.

The routines in this part range from a few minutes to an hour and include a variety of work-to-rest ratios to keep your body in a state of confusion for maximum results. Many of the routines in Level 3 involve dynamic balance and multiplanar motions to challenge your core stability and athletic ability.
