Although almost every exercise in this book works your core as a stabilizer, the exercises in this part specifically target the muscles of your abdomen and lower back to build strength, balance, muscle tone, and definition. The exercises range in difficulty from Level 1 to Level 3. Level 3 exercises are the most challenging, and involve more dynamic movement. Check the level progression guide for each exercise and scale your workout accordingly.
