Crystal Kadakia is a lauded speaker, author, trainer, and consultant on the topics of millennials and modernizing the workplace. As the founder of Invati Consulting, her expertise is in driving the connection between millennial behavior and the design of engaging, productive modern workplaces. She is honored to be a two-time TEDx speaker as well as an Association for Talent Development “One to Watch,” Chief Learning Officer “Learning in Practice,” and Power 30 Under 30 awards recipient. Her consulting clients and keynote speaking audiences have included corporations, conferences, and universities such as UPS, Wells Fargo, FedEx, the Association for Talent Development (ATD), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Monster.com, General Dynamics Electric Boat, and the University of the Pacific. Crystal is also a blogger for the Huffington Post and the Human Capital Institute, as well as a Certified Coach by Coach Training Alliance. Her educational and corporate background includes a 2018 master’s candidate for organizational development from Pepperdine University, a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and a career as an engineer and training manager for a Fortune 50 company. She is currently based in Atlanta with her partner, Jeremy.
