Rustfmt is a tool that helps you to fit your code to style guidelines. It doesn't mean you have to use one common style: the tool provides multiple configuration parameters that you can use to set a preferred style.
This tool is mature, but it wasn't included in the Rust distribution until version 1.31. Since edition 2018 was released, the rustfmt tool has been available and is recommended for use in your projects; however, Rust doesn't force your code to have a standard format. Let's install it and try to use it.
