1. First, open the http://localhost:8111 URL, where we bind the CI server in a browser and pass the first steps of configuring the TeamCity instance. Set a DataDirectory the same as we attached as a persistent volume (default value):

2. Click the Proceed button, and in the next step, create a database of the HSQLDB type. There are options for other external databases, and it's better to use them for production, but for testing it's enough to keep all data in the data directory of TeamCity:

3. Create an administrator account that you will use to access the TeamCity UI:

I used the admin value for username and the secret value for the password fields. Now it takes time to initialize and start, but after the initialization process is finished, we can add external agents.
