Moving on! Watson Analytics for Social Media analyzes text found in social media content in an attempt to determine the behavior of the authors. The behavior visualization shows the number of mentions by author in each of the following behavior categories:

• Authors that are users of a topic (themes or topics actually mentioned by authors)
• Authors that are prospective users of a topic
• Authors that are churners of a topic

The behavior visualization shows three individual charts. The charts are broken down by the topics that authors have exhibited this behavior against, and also by the themes mentioned by these authors. We see our project broken down by authors' use of Service, Satisfaction and Quality. Of course, as with all of the other visualizations, the behavior visualization can be filtered by right-clicking and selecting the Exclude button; and content is rendered in the pane at the right-hand side of the page:
