- Navigate to Services | DHCPv6 and RA.
- Click on the LAN tab, if it isn’t selected already.
- Click on the DHCPv6 Server tab, if it isn’t selected already.
- Under DHCPv6 Options, check the Enable DHCPv6 Server on interface LAN checkbox:
- In Range edit boxes, enter a range of IPv6 addresses for the DHCP6 server to assign to clients. The range must be contiguous and within the range listed next to Available range.
- Click on the Save button, and the DHCP6 server will start.
- Click on the Apply Changes button.
Note that there is no option to add multiple IP address pools, as there was with DHCP.
