One of the easiest ways to manage a large quantity of reports is to organize the reports using folders. The same folder structure should be used for development, and QA servers for ease of deployment and maintenance. The folder structure should be one of the first things architected, since it can be cumbersome, if not impossible, to change later. Since there are third party products that utilize SQL Server Reporting Services, creating a base folder to contain all the reports created by your team is a good first step.
