The Suzerainty and Leadership Matrix with Details

CHAPTER OBJECTIVES

After studying this chapter, you should be able to:

1. See how the Suzerainty/leadership matrix can be improved in one particular way, to make it a still better tool for directing a ward towards progress.

Higher Resolution with More Divisions

The suzerainty and leadership matrix can be developed further in order to assist the leader in both analysis and self-development. In the diagram below, the regions are further divided so as to provide more details.

In the diagram, due to the two additional rings, four regions are created within the Yogyathwa region, these signify the following:

1. It would represent those who are tuned to the Common Soul and are also aware that they are … (Yogis who know the Common Soul and know that they know).
2. It would consists of people who through their strong gut feeling know that they are driven by the Common Soul but are not quite able to rationalize it. (Yogis who know the Common Soul and know not that they know)
3. It would represent people who consciously attempt to gain Yogyathwa. (yogis who know not the Common Soul and know that they know not) because of guidance.
4. It would represent people who had Yogyathwa attributes hammered into them unconsciously by guardians and serendipity. (yogis who know not (the Common Soul), and know not that they know not).

Therefore, when an individual wishes to travel to higher spheres as indicated in the suzerainty-leadership matrix, he must look at entering regions III through the knowledge that there is such a thing as Common Soul and through knowledge and actual experience of the Common Soul enter the regions II and I. He must, as far as possible, attain stability in the regions II and I and develop his staying power in those rings.

Exercise

1. Consider these four categories.
   1. Those who know not and think that they know.
   2. Those who know not and think that they know not.
   3. Those who know and think that they know not.
   4. Those who know and know that they know.

   If the subject is ‘wisdom’ or ‘Yogyathwa’, propose more rings in the diagram to indicate all these categories.
