All of the efforts spent in designing, documenting, and implementing TPM, APM, and xPM models are for naught if there isn't a CPIM to back them up. I have never participated in a design project that has produced a finished process at its implementation. Lessons learned, project reviews, and other such assessment events are critical input to process and practice improvement. All that is needed is a formal and continuous process for improvement. In this chapter, you learned about just such a process. Now you just need the perseverance to make it happen.
