HIP FLEXOR STRETCH

DK

1 Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and relax your arms at your sides.

2 Step your left foot forward 1 to 2 feet and lower your body into a lunge position.

3 Extend your right arm toward the ceiling and place your left hand on your left hip. Push your hips forward and tilt your pelvis slightly up to deepen the stretch. Hold this position for 30 seconds. Repeat these steps with your right foot stepped forward and your left arm extended.
