You’ll feel this stretch between your ribs and pelvis. You’ll also notice the impact on your lower back. When stretched regularly, these areas can enjoy fluidity for better range of motion within the torso and more ease within the ribs for breathing.

1 Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Extend your arms over your head and clasp your hands.

2 Lean your upper body and your arms toward your right side. Hold this position for 20 seconds. Return to standing, then repeat this step toward your left side.
