Description
The purpose of All Hands Raised is for formal and informal leaders to share goals and objectives with teams and functional groups, and more importantly, receive feedback and proactive acknowledgment. As the number and size of teams increase, All Hands Raised provides a structured, yet agile, framework for the sharing of vision and goals, responding to direct questions, and listening to the voice of the organization. The All Hands Raised also helps prevent the corporate version of the “telephone game” wherein important messaging is diluted and transformed beyond recognition.
