CATHY BROWN is a policy and research manager at Divinity Council Australia. Cathy has an undergraduate degree in Communications and a Master’s in Social Inquiry from the University of Technology in Sydney with her thesis exploring issues for gay and lesbian seniors as they age.

NANCY M. CARTER is the senior vice president of research at Catalyst, a New York–based nonprofit that works with businesses to expand opportunities for women. She is also a visiting scholar at Insead.

FRANK DOBBIN is a professor of sociology at Harvard University.

ROBIN J. ELY is the Diane Doerge Wilson Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and the faculty chair of the HBS Gender Initiative.

GARY P. PISANO is the Harry E. Figgie Professor of Business Administration and the senior associate dean of faculty at Harvard Business School. He is the author of Creative Construction: The DNA of Sustained Innovation (Public Affairs, 2019).
