As you can see, designing applications for Azure has it's own challenges, and there are quite a few that need mastering. Some of the biggest things to get used to are the closed ecosystem and that you will need to trust that some things are handled by Azure and are abstracted from your view. It is also important to note that applications can use multiple patterns to achieve their end goals.
