1lb (450g) 90%-lean ground beef
½ tsp kosher salt
2 tbsp taco seasoning
2 tbsp water
15oz (420g) can black beans, rinsed and drained
12 (6-inch [15.25cm]) corn tortillas
1 cup pico de gallo

If you don’t have taco seasoning, combine 2 teaspoons each of chili powder and ground cumin.
