Garlic Parmesan Wings

Chicken wings are perfect for the air fryer and these are crispy and superbly coated in a cheesy garlic outer layer. Serve with a side salad for a main meal.

SERVING SIZE 3 wings

1½ tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp sea salt

½ tsp ground black pepper

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

6 skin-on chicken wings (9oz [255g])

1. Set the air fryer temp to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, olive oil, salt, pepper, and Parmesan. Mix well. Use a brush or sprigs of fresh herbs to brush the olive oil mixture on both sides of the chicken wings.

3. Place the wings in the fryer basket and cook until they’re crispy on the outside and they’ve reached an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C), about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

4. Transfer the wings to a wire rack for 5 minutes before serving.

Tips Because some chicken wings are smaller or larger than others, make as much of the garlic and Parmesan coating as you need to cover your particular wings. Store the cooked wings in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the fridge or up to 1 month in the freezer.
