Follow the same procedure as outlined in Recipe 1.1. Download a file named
commons-codec-1.2-src.zip (or
commons-lang-1.2-src.tar.gz), and once you unzip
this file, you will have the source to Commons Codec in
./commons-codec-1.2-src/src.
