A sparkling interpretation of the classic Garibaldi, the key to this drink is the freshness of the juice. Buy freshly squeezed orange juice rather than concentrate, or even juice fresh oranges at home if you’re feeling adventurous. If you’re after a seriously frothy texture, blend the orange juice and Campari before adding the Prosecco.

Ensure all ingredients are chilled before you begin.

1. Pour 1²/₃ fl oz (50ml) Campari and 3¹/₂ fl oz (100ml) fresh orange juice into a shaker.

2. Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds, then strain into a highball glass.

3. Top with chilled Prosecco and stir.
