A boozy French-inspired spritz alternative, the star ingredient of this cocktail is a colorless French brandy, eau de vie, which literally translates as “water of life.” To add an extra kick at the bottom of the glass, infuse the grapes in pear eau de vie for a day before adding them to your drink.
This light drink is full of fruity flavor and aroma.
1. Gently place two infused grapes at the bottom of a Champagne flute.
2. Pour 1/3 fl oz (10ml) pear eau de vie into the flute.
3. Top with Champagne.
Replace the alcohol with a combination of white grape juice and ginger ale. Use fresh, uninfused grapes.
