This cocktail is a bubbly version of the Valencia Cocktail No.1.
1. Ensure all ingredients are chilled.
2. Pour 1 fl oz (30ml) apricot brandy into a glass.
3. Add 1/2 fl oz (15ml) orange juice and 3 drops of orange bitters.
4. Top with Champagne.
