This pre-Prohibition cocktail was invented at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in 1920.
1. Add the sloe gin, lime juice, apricot brandy, and simple syrup to a shaker.
2. Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds.
3. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
4. Top with Prosecco and garnish with a slice of fresh apricot.
Inspired by the Jack Rose cocktail, this ruby number has a real kick to it.
