ROYAL SILVER BULLET

This drink takes inspiration from the classic Silver Bullet cocktail, but the addition of Champagne adds a little extra fun. The slight sweetness of the Kummel comes forward, with the herbal caraway, cumin, and fennel lingering familiarly in the background.

The elegance of this cocktail makes it a great choice for an evening drink.

1. Shake 1 fl oz (30ml) gin, ¹/₂ fl oz (15ml) Kummel, and ¹/₂ fl oz (15ml) lemon juice over ice.

2. Strain the mixture into a martini glass.

3. Top with Champagne.
