OpenVINO toolkit consists of the following main components:

• The Deep Learning Deployment Toolkit (DLDT) consists of Model Optimizer, the IE, pre-trained models and some tools to help you measure accuracy for your models.
• There's an optimized version of OpenCV compiled for Intel libraries (which are also optimized).
• There are OpenCL libraries.
• You get Intel's media SDK to speed up video processing.
• There's an optimized version of OpenVX.
