Here, we looked at additional ways to improve productivity by using tools such as a build and dependency management, and an Integrated Development Environment extended with useful plugins. We also learned how to debug a Felix environment remotely and by embedding it into an IDE.
By now, you should know how to do the following:
- Configure Eclipse for use with Maven and with Felix
- Create a bundle Maven project in Eclipse
- Launch the Felix framework for remote debugging
- Set up Eclipse to remotely connect to it
