1 Sit in a chair with your legs shoulder width apart and your feet flat on the floor. Extend your arms toward the ceiling.

2 Raise your legs until they’re parallel with the floor. Curl your chin toward your chest and round your back while lowering your arms to almost parallel with your legs. Reverse your movements to return to your starting position. Perform these steps 5 times.
