It was late in my 20s that my fitness journey began. What started out as video workouts in my living room soon turned into live instruction of Pilates and yoga at a local studio. It wasn’t long before I realized that my love for fitness would become a passion I wanted to share with others.

I decided to get my certification in yoga, and for the last five years, I’ve been teaching at various gyms around town. My mission has always been to welcome all students and ability levels and to meet each individual where they are in their personal fitness journey.

I enjoy creating an environment in my classes that helps foster a love and passion for the many benefits that fitness brings. I strive to make class accessible for all by using modifications and cues during instruction. By personally using these modifications, I’ve been able to maintain strength and flexibility throughout three pregnancies.

I’ve begun incorporating Pilates into my personal fitness routines to better help my body recover postdelivery and to provide core stability and strength for years to come.
