Hemang Lavana is the lead architect of Cisco's central test automation infrastructure group that designs and develops Tcl and Eclipse-based tools. He has over twelve years of architecture and design experience in developing high performance, robust, and scalable products focusing on modularity and extensibility.

After graduating from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, Hemang earned a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University. He has published several papers and articles in various conferences on asynchronous, distributed and collaborative software for workflow automation. He is also the author of the award winning software WebWiseTclTk.

Dmitry V.Tishakov was born in 1971 in Sevastopol (Russia, Crimea). He received higher technical education at the Sevastopol device-building institute till 1994. In 2007, he completed his education from the Sevastopol Humanitarian University. He is a qualified engineer (Systems Engineering), psychologist, and photographer.

Dmitry was engaged in the system engineering of physical experiments automation, the automated "information gathering and processing" systems for atomic power stations, and hardware-software training systems.

Besides having operational experience as a system administrator and a system integrator, he also has operational experience in several areas, such as TV (the Independent TV-broadcasting company, Kaliningrad, Russia), software development, and the electro-technical industry. Since 2004, he has been working in the Tavrida Electric industrial group (http://www.tavrida.com), which is on one of leaders in the world of the electro-technical industry. Here he was involved in working out the automated quality testing and monitoring systems for industrial controllers.
