Trademark searching is so streamlined and foolproof today that it can all be done from your personal computer via the Internet. There’s no need to hire a search firm. In fact, Greentree Information Services, my searcher of choice, no longer accepts assignments to search trademarks because it’s now something people can do for themselves.
