PART 2: Mapping Your Remedies

1. The thinking mode of functioning is used as an example. Turn to the thinking function page spread and add additional pages as flaps that open to either one or both sides. Use plain blank paper, decorative paper, or the pages from your journal prompts as a background.

2. Document with word and image what you need to know about nurturing the constructive thinking function in yourself. Just making a list is fine, if you don’t have an image. What is already supporting your constructive thinking that you want to keep doing? What new remedies do you want to try? Remember that the remedy for destructive thinking function is found in the constructive feeling and acting functions.

3. Map your remedies for the feeling and action modes of functioning page spreads by using the same journal prompt questions as on page 58.
