MARK R. KRAMER is a senior lecturer at Harvard Business School and a cofounder and a managing director of FSG, a global social-impact consulting firm.

ROBERT W. LIVINGSTON is the author of The Conversation: How Seeking and Speaking the Truth About Racism Can Radically Transform Individuals and Organizations. He also serves on the faculty of the Harvard Kennedy School.

ANTHONY J. MAYO is the Thomas S. Murphy Senior Lecturer of Business Administration in the organizational behavior unit of Harvard Business School.

SKY MIHAYLO is the Policy and Research Fellow at the Center for WorkLife Law at the University of California’s Hastings College of the Law.

LAURA MORGAN ROBERTS is a professor of practice at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and the coeditor of Race, Work, and Leadership: New Perspectives on the Black Experience (Harvard Business Review Press, 2019).

ELLA F. WASHINGTON is a professor of practice at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and the founder of Ellavate Solutions, which provides executive coaching and diversity and inclusion strategy and training for organizations.

JAMES D. WHITE is the former chairman, president, and CEO of Jamba Juice. White has also held leadership positions at Safeway Stores, the Gillette Company, Nestlé-Purina, and Coca-Cola. White also sits on several corporate boards, including those of Medallia, Panera Bread, and Simply Good Food.

JOAN C. WILLIAMS is a professor and the founding director of the Center for WorkLife Law at the University of California’s Hastings College of the Law. Her newest book is White Working Class: Overcoming Class Cluelessness in America (Harvard Business Review Press, 2017).

MAXINE WILLIAMS is Facebook’s global chief diversity officer.
