The following Employee Engagement Survey is designed to correspond to each of the chapters in this book. Each of the 10 questions relates to the subject matter presented in the corresponding chapter of this book. Ask your employees to complete this brief survey. It will give you a better understanding of which areas of your supervisor leadership skills are strongest and which need improvement concerning employee engagement in your work group. The survey can be copied and provided to your employees to complete.

Interpreting the Survey Results

Which questions did your employees score lowest on from this survey? You need to focus on these areas the most to increase the level of employee engagement in your organization. Look back at the corresponding chapters for each question, and reread this information and advice to address these issues. Similarly, look at the questions on the survey that you received the highest scores on, and look at the corresponding chapters related to these questions to see how you can continue to improve the level of engagement in your work group and organization. Since your employees need to learn from positive and negative feedback, so do you.
