My goal in this book is to share my methods for innovating so that you can try them out and put them into practice for yourself. They will help you create truly successful user experience innovations, which may not only help your company or organization to become profitable, but also help you grow as a user experience expert or innovator.

Creating successful user experience innovation for your product will not only make your product more successful, but it can actually change the rules of an entire industry. I have personally had the luck to suggest user experience innovations that not only changed me and the company I worked for, but also the entire industry. For example, I managed to create the first SMS chat feature, as well as the first-ever game for a mobile device. And the customers loved these simple features since they covered real user needs.
