Introduction

I wish that I could write in this introduction that with Logic Pro X Apple has advanced the Score Editor beyond our wildest dreams, and it is now all that we could’ve hoped for and more, but that is not the case. However, they have added some new features and improved on some aspects of Logic Pro. This book is therefore intended to supplement my book Scoring with Logic Pro (Cengage PTR, 2013) and familiarize you with what’s new in Logic Pro X’s Score Editor.
