Lynda Girvan is the head of Agile and Business Analysis for CMC Partnership Consultancy Ltd, which specialises in Agile and business transformation services. She is a Chartered Fellow of BCS, BCS subject matter expert in Agile and business analysis, holds the coaching certification Certified Scrum Professional with the Scrum Alliance and is working towards Certified Enterprise Coach. Lynda has extensive experience of adding value to organisations, from coaching Agile development teams to advising and coaching on board-level change programmes. Lynda’s particular strength is applying her knowledge of change, business analysis and Agile to help organisations overcome challenging business problems, such as Agile transformation and organisational agility. Lynda co-authored the BCS book Agile and Business Analysisⁱ and is an experienced and keynote speaker on these subjects at international conferences.

Simon Girvan is a principal consultant and Agile coach with Ivar Jacobson International, where he helps organisations to improve teams and products agnostic of the framework they are using. He holds the coaching certification Certified Scrum Professional with the Scrum Alliance and is working towards Certified Enterprise Coach in addition to being certified in various other methods, including Scrum, Kanban, Scrum@Scale, LeSS and SAFe. He is a Chartered Fellow of BCS and the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), and is a BCS subject matter expert in Agile. Simon has significant experience working with teams, leaders and organisations to help them adopt an Agile mindset. Having spent many years in the public sector leading Agile teams and coaching leaders, he is now applying his knowledge and experience in the private sector. Although he has an engineering background, Simon enjoys working with non-technical teams and with organisational agility initiatives. He is a regular speaker and author on Agile topics.
