Section 2: Knowledge Domains Deep Dive
This section will focus on the seven knowledge domains that a CTA is expected to master. We will explore what is expected from a CTA to know and cover during the review board exam for each domain. We will get a clear understanding of Salesforce capabilities that can be used to meet certain functionalities. You will also get practical experience of how design decisions are made and justified during the CTA review board exam. We will utilize a mini hypothetical scenario for each chapter and learn how to solve and present such scenarios. We will create a set of artifacts and diagrams together that can help us deliver an engaging end-to-end solution presentation.
