We are grateful to a whole set of people from various phases of our life who have provided significant help, support as well as resources that led to the compilation of the first edition of this book. Our parents have been instrumental in their commitment towards us and confidence in our abilities to be able to manage the task. They have provided a helping hand and shoulder, at all times. Siblings have been patient with us while managed the process, knowing fully well that time was a scarce resource and needed to be shared, since we were planning to leave for our own studies in a few months.
