In part I, I talked about establishing and retaining control—or bulletproofing—your finances, and I introduced the concept of bulletproof investing.

Part II is about growing by investing and working smarter, not harder, in a way that's intended to make you financially bulletproof (and anxiety free).

There's unavoidably a bit more detail and numbers in this part. Like an onion, there are layers to the approach and not all of it is going to sink in straight away.

And remember that, as I said at the outset, I use property as my asset of choice. However, the concepts I'm about to explore with you can be applied to any asset class.
