Scott Olson is the CEO of Olson Strategic Initiatives and Founder of GlenHaven International, LLC. During a twenty-seven-year career in government, Scott served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney and an FBI Special Agent where he was a counterintelligence operations officer, an Assistant Special Agent in Charge of Intelligence and Counterintelligence, and the FBI’s Legal Attaché in Baghdad, Iraq. Scott also developed and implemented the FBI’s Leadership Development Program and one of the FBI’s senior executive leadership assessment processes. As an accomplished Security and HR executive, Scott has extensive experience in all aspects of global security operations and deep expertise in related critical HR processes with an emphasis on leading-edge hiring processes and emerging leader development. Scott is an FBI-certified Interview and Interrogation Instructor and holds a BA in History from the University of Washington and a JD from the Seattle University School of Law.
