We mentioned that we will specify the port we want each of the containers to run on in docker-compose.yaml. However, we also need to update {concierge,librarian}/main.go so that they can start the servers at ports defined by environment variables. We will also need to update concierge/query.go so that it can access the Librarian instances on URLs and ports as defined by docker-compose.
