CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL REINVENTED

MOONWALK

Created for the Apollo 11 astronauts by Joe Gilmore of the Savoy Hotel’s American Bar.

1. Stir bitters, flower water, and Grand Marnier in an ice-filled mixing glass for 20 seconds.

2. Strain into a Champagne flute with a sugar cube at the bottom.

3. Top with Champagne and garnish with an orange twist.

Moonwalk

PRINCE OF WALES

An interesting middle ground between the Moonwalk and classic Champagne Cocktail.

1. Stir bitters, cognac, and Grand Marnier in an ice-filled mixing glass for 20 seconds.

2. Strain into a Champagne flute with a sugar cube at the bottom.

3. Top with Champagne and garnish with a sprinkling of lemon zest.
