Created for the Apollo 11 astronauts by Joe Gilmore of the Savoy Hotel’s American Bar.
1. Stir bitters, flower water, and Grand Marnier in an ice-filled mixing glass for 20 seconds.
2. Strain into a Champagne flute with a sugar cube at the bottom.
3. Top with Champagne and garnish with an orange twist.
An interesting middle ground between the Moonwalk and classic Champagne Cocktail.
