Chapters 8–10 deal with self-organization mode: how to measure it and how to cultivate it using clearing meetings and influence patterns. We’ll also discuss the role of the leader in this mode and how to set up special clearing meetings that help surface team issues (these aren’t retrospectives, but deeper conversations).
