What is all this planning for? Or should I say whom is it for? It’s for your family, of course, immediate and extended, and perhaps a few very close friends.

So it’s important that while you’re being so diligent in this work, you anticipate what could call for more attention than usual. Everyone’s life is different, of course, with factors not quite like the next person’s.

In Part 3, you learn about some special living situations that might affect you. You also find out about a few specific family circumstances that could have bearing on your will and estate. It certainly pays to anticipate what could go wrong and head off at the pass potential arguments among relatives or—heaven forbid—future court decisions based on your choices now.
