JANE E. DUTTON is the Robert L. Kahn Distinguished University Professor of Business Administration and Psychology at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. She is cofounder of the Center for Positive Organizations at Ross.

PETER J. FROST was cofounder of the Compassion Lab and a professor of organizational behavior at the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business for almost three decades.

GRETCHEN GAVETT is a senior editor at Harvard Business Review.

DELPHINE GIBASSIER is an associate professor of accounting for sustainable development at Audencia Business School, with 18 years of experience in financial and nonfinancial accounting. She holds a PhD from HEC Paris.

RANJAY GULATI is the Jaime and Josefina Chua Tiampo Professor of Business Administration, the head of the organizational behavior unit, and the chair of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
