Lars Braad Nielsen, PhD, is manager at the global consultancy company Quartz (Oslo, Norway). He has done research on outsourcing decision making and principal–agent theory. He has experience carrying out cost optimization and restructuring of projects in leading international companies.
Lennart Nørreklit, Drfil, has been professor of philosophy and management at Aalborg University, Denmark. His research interests include the concept of reality, cross-cultural philosophy, methodology of social science, and philosophy of the “good life.” He has developed the philosophical basis of pragmatic constructivism.
Mihaela Trenca, PhD, is financial manager at the cultural NGO organization, Albagnano Healing Meditation Centre, and an affiliated assistant professor at Scuola Superiore Sant’ Anna, Italy. Her research interests lie in the area of performance management, with a particular focus on performance management practices allowing the development of actors’ awareness of the multiple interdependencies that shape organizational reality.
