PROFESSOR RODNEY TURNER
Rodney Turner is professor of project management at the Lille School of Management and the Kemmy Business School, University of Limerick; visiting professor at the George Washington Business School; and managing partner of EuroProjex: the European Centre for Project Excellence, a network of trainers and consultants in project management. He is the author or editor of 13 books, including The Handbook of Project-Based Management, the best-selling book published by McGraw-Hill, and is editor of The International Journal of Project Management. He is vice president of the United Kingdom's Association for Project Management, and past-president and chairman of the International Project Management Association. He was also the foundation operations director of the Benelux Region of the European Construction Institute. Mr. Turner received PMI's Research Achievement Award in 2004.

DR. MARTINA HUEMANN
Martina Huemann holds a PhD in Project Management and a masters degree in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration; and a diploma in International Project Management from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and the Technical University Vienna. Since 2001, she has been an assistant professor of project management at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. From 2003–2007, she was Fellow of the University of Technology Sydney. In her research she concentrates on human resource management in project-oriented organizations, management auditing of projects and programs, and maturity of project-oriented individuals and organizations. Dr. Huemann is a board member of Project Management Austria and board member of the International Project Management Association research board.

DR. ANNE KEEGAN
Anne Keegan studied management and business at Trinity College Dublin and earned her doctorate in human resource management practices in knowledge intensive firms. Following three years post-doctoral research, she now works as a university lecturer and researcher. Dr. Keegan is a university lecturer in the Department of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior in the Amsterdam Business School. She delivers courses in human resource management, organization change, organization theory, and behavioral science in undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive level courses. In addition, she researches project-based organizations and is a partner in a major European-wide study into the versatile project-based organization. Her other research interests include projects as a vehicle for change, leadership in project-based organizations, HRM in new forms of organizing and critical management theory. Dr. Keegan has published a number of articles in leading management journals, including Long Range Planning, Management Learning, and the European Management Journal. She is member of the Academy of Management.
