10.9. Summary

Process Improvement Projects systematically improve the Process Level of Performance, which serves as the link between the strategic goals of the Organization Level and the Job/Performer Level at which those goals will ultimately be carried out. In our thirty years in the performance improvement business, we have found no other tool whose impact is as profound and lasting as that of Process Improvement and Management.
