About the Reviewers

Joseph Anderson is an IBM Certified Managing Consultant from the IBM Collaboration Solutions Software Team. Joseph has worked with IBM Notes/Domino, IBM Connections, IBM Sametime, IBM WebSphere Portal and IBM Quickr since the early 1990s, primarily as a consultant. He is currently responsible for managing complex Customer Engagements focusing on assisting customers with the development, licensing, and deployment of complex environments. Prior to working in the consulting industry, Joseph worked in the legal industry as a Director of Operations, where he leveraged his Master of Science in Legal Administration from the University of Denver College of Law. Joseph is the coauthor of two books, IBM Lotus Notes and Domino 8.5.3: Upgrader’s Guide, Packt Publishing, Lotus Notes Domino 8: Upgrader’s Guide, Packt Publishing, and currently completing a third book, Mobile Security: How to secure, privatize, and recover your devices.

I would like to dedicate my efforts towards this book to Lisa, my loving wife and best friend, and to my father, Gary, who without knowing it led me to technology and ultimately my career. Victor Ross is a successful information technology professional with diverse and extensive experience, combining team and project management with strong analytical skills and technical depth. He has a process engineering background that includes development of chemical processes, data collection and analysis systems, process modeling and simulation, and business process improvement and automation. He is experienced in systems analysis, design, development, implementation, integration, and migration. He has proven achievements in messaging, real-time collaboration, and infrastructure applications.

Mr. Ross currently works at IBM Corp. as a Managing Consultant. He also has experience working as an independent consultant, and has provided Notes and Domino consulting services on projects for many organizations, including global banking and financial institutions, state and federal government agencies, chemical companies, car manufacturers, insurance and food Companies among others.
